Hi there!

Your voice is how you communicate with yourself and the world.

It's not uncommon to feel that you don't have a voice after projected pain and that your concerns, emotions, and feelings don't matter. Sharing your thoughts about life events in a safe and welcoming environment is an opportunity to acknowledge the truth associated with that experience.

In addition, when we speak, we speak to express and understand. We choose to release thoughts that do not help us to align with the divine spirit within us. Projected pain is someone's way of healing their wounds, and embracing your voice and how you communicate your mind and heart can help break the cycle of pain and heal from the inside out.
