Our underlying beliefs about something or someone are often reflected in how we treat it or them, including children. In The Seeds We Plant Series: The Intended Purpose of Children, I share my beliefs about children and the roles we (e.g., caregivers, parents, influencers — meaning everyone) have in helping them to fulfill their divine purpose on Earth. Additionally, I encourage you to examine your thoughts on this important topic as well. Too many things are happening today to youths. Not only adults continuing the cycle of pain, but we continue to see youths committing acts of violence toward themselves.
